Project Description: A Storyline course that prepares volunteers with consistent training in safety, customer service, and pool operations.

Problem: Volunteers needed consistent training in safety, customer service, and pool operations, but onboarding was inconsistent and time-consuming.

Solution: I developed a self-paced Storyline course that gamifies training with scenarios, drag-and-drop interactions, and a final walkthrough checklist.

Tools: Storyline 360, Canva, SnagIt

Process Highlights: Collaborated with subject matter experts, storyboarded interactive scenarios, designed branching feedback, and aligned assessments to real-world volunteer tasks.

Project Impact: Reduced training time for staff, increased volunteer confidence, and ensured safety procedures were followed consistently.

What I Learned: How branching scenarios can increase learner engagement in compliance-heavy training.
