About me

I’m Michelle Giltner, an instructional designer and lifelong educator based in Plano, Texas. I specialize in creating digital learning experiences that are engaging, inclusive, and results-driven. Throughout the span of my career in education and leadership, I’ve led curriculum teams, trained teachers, and transitioned into corporate learning with a strong foundation in adult learning theory and instructional design models like ADDIE.

Currently, I’m an Instructional Designer at Tyler Technologies, where I develop training materials that support software adoption and customer success. My tools of choice include Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Camtasia, Canva and Microsoft Office Suite.

What sets me apart is my ability to translate complex information into clear, approachable content—and my deep belief that everyone is capable of learning and leading with the right support.
