Lead Your Way: eLearning Course built in Rise 360

Project Description: An interactive Rise 360 course that helps learners discover nontraditional leadership styles and apply them in real-world contexts.

Problem: Many learners struggle to see themselves as leaders if they don’t fit the 'traditional' mold.

Solution: I built an interactive eLearning course introducing five nontraditional leadership styles, featuring self-assessments, scenario-based questions, and a final quiz with a completion certificate.

Tools: Rise 360, Canva, SnagIt

Process Highlights: Applied adult learning theory, wrote scenario-based dialogue, embedded knowledge checks, and created a reference guide for learners to apply concepts beyond the course.

Project Impact: Empowered learners to recognize their own leadership potential and provided practical strategies for team collaboration.
