Problem:
New users were often overwhelmed by the complexity of the software interface, creating a need for short, targeted training that could quickly build confidence and reduce support requests.

I created a microlearning video that introduced the software’s core functions in a clear, approachable way. For proprietary reasons, I can only showcase the branded intro portion, which demonstrates how I paired narration with carefully chosen visual assets to guide learner focus and support comprehension.
